Origin Story
Esther Intelligence was born from a real business problem: scattered leads, delayed follow-up, disconnected systems, and talented people trying to work without the infrastructure they needed.
The beginning was practical. Marie saw how difficult it was for real estate agents to manage leads, follow-up, costs, pressure, and client requests without a stronger operating system behind them. Jean saw the system gap and began building an answer. Esther became the bridge between incoming opportunity and organized action.
Marie Arne / Founder
Marie is a woman of faith and a real estate agent who understood the pressure of trying to build, serve clients, respond quickly, and stay organized while opportunities move across many channels. Her experience exposed a larger problem: many capable people are not failing because they lack discipline. They are struggling because the system around them is fragmented.
Jean Arne / Co-Founder
Jean is a self-taught software engineer and man of faith. When the need became clear, he started building beyond a simple lead generator. The work grew into Esther Intelligence: a layered AI operating system designed to capture requests, evaluate leads, organize context, prepare follow-up, and hand off clear next steps for human approval.
The Agent Identity
Marie chose the name Esther. It carried the right meaning: preparation, timing, courage, wisdom, and action at the right moment. Esther is being built to help businesses capture demand, organize information, evaluate intent, route next steps, support follow-up, and prepare clear handoffs for responsible human action.

Beyond One Industry
Esther began with real estate because the problem was visible there: buyers, sellers, showing requests, website inquiries, text messages, calls, social messages, and follow-up tasks all moving at once. But the same problem exists in many businesses. Service providers, local companies, agencies, contractors, consultants, and growing teams all need a cleaner way to capture demand, understand intent, organize the opportunity, and respond before the lead turns cold.
